About sctv
Mission briefing
sctv is a TV console for classic StarCraft II casts. Put a tape on, then scout the guide while it plays. The player holds its signal from page to page, so the match keeps going while you pick the next one.
Objective: every interesting SC2 match since the first GSL in 2010. GSL Code S and the Super Tournaments, BlizzCon and the WCS Global Finals, DreamHack. Interesting first, never ladder.
The fog of war stays up. No listing, badge or title shows who won or the score. You find out when you watch it, the way the crowd did.

Reading the guide
- Tape
- A verified cast, ready to roll.
- Sample
- The series is filed and sourced, but no tape has turned up yet. It stays listed so the record stays whole.
- Staged
- A slot held open in a bracket, with the facts still inbound.
The crew
Every series is one markdown file in git, rebuilt into this site on each push. The Preserver turns brackets into files and hunts tapes. It only hangs a tape once the upload's own metadata names both players, the event and the round. UNN runs the broadcast you are looking at. The Adjutant picks the next target and keeps the operation in supply.
Many early rounds were never recorded, so a tapeless series is usually a gap in the record, not in the search. The scouting never stops. Every tick the crew goes back for the tapeless ones.
